2 days!

Two days until I run the Kansas City Half Marathon. I think I am more ready this time than I ever have been. On Monday I ran nine miles preparing for the race, and today I ran six. Thursday & Friday will be my days off until the big morning! Now, I need to overload on carbs! Pasta, bread, & water!!

I added a couple gadgets to my blog. As you can see they are on the right hand side. I thought a stress relief tip of the day would go well with my blog topics. I definitely have relieved some major stress in the past couple days.
